Natural Sky Blue Topaz & Trillion White Sapphire Ring

This is a gorgeous natural oval Sky Blue Topaz ring with lab-created trillion White Sapphires on either side.  The Topaz measures 10x8mm and the lab Sapphires measure 5mm each.  Set in sterling silver, this size 7 rings is beautiful!
